What materials are used for your canvas prints?
We use heavy-duty 400 GSM premium acid-free canvas with a luxurious matte finish. All artworks are printed using the Giclée method with archival pigmented inks, ensuring museum-quality color accuracy and exceptional fade resistance.
What framing options do you offer?
Our artworks are available in multiple sizes as either ready-to-hang stretched canvas or finished with premium floater frames.
Will the image be cropped differently depending on the size I choose?
No. We use a consistent ratio for each artwork across all its available sizes. This means the composition you see on your screen is exactly what you will receive. Whether you order a small print or an oversized canvas, there is no awkward cropping and no details are lost at the edges.
Will watermark be printed on my final artwork?
No. Your physical artwork is shipped completely watermark-free.
How should I clean and care for my canvas?
Wipe gently with a clean, dry cloth. Keep the artwork away from direct sunlight, and never use water, solvents, or liquid chemical cleaners.
Why do I see duplicate artworks in my search results?
They aren't duplicates! They are different aspect ratios of the same artwork. We list each ratio as a separate item so you know exactly how the artwork is composed for that specific dimension before you buy.

Shipping & Returns
How is the artwork packaged for safe delivery?
We use certified drop-test packaging. Your art is secured with custom engineered Styrofoam corners, wrapped in high-density bubble cushioning, and shipped inside a rigid 5-ply corrugated box to withstand impacts during transit.
How much is shipping and when will it arrive?
Shipping is completely free (included in the price). Standard delivery takes 7 to 10 days, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking once dispatched.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your artwork is damaged in transit, we will replace it at no extra cost (same artwork, size, and frame), subject to a quick quality assessment of the damaged goods.
What is your refund policy?
We generally do not offer refunds. Exceptions are made only in rare circumstances and are strictly subject to a detailed review of the specific situation and a physical inspection of the returned product.
